Erin Shipp is a trailblazing supply chain and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large, complex organizations across manufacturing, energy, and e-commerce. Throughout her career, she has frequently stepped into 'first' roles — the first woman leader, the first new-generation leader, or the first to transform legacy operations — forging paths where few had gone before and raising the standard for performance and culture.
As Vice President of Supply Chain, Erin has led organizations of more than 900 employees, driving operational excellence, scalable growth, and enterprise-wide transformation. She serves as a thought partner, building high-performing teams in environments that demand resilience, clarity, and courage — often entering moments of significant change and turning them into opportunities for breakthrough results.
During her tenure at Amazon, Erin played a pivotal role in launching the company’s most successful sort center in 2017, setting new benchmarks for safety, efficiency, and execution. Across roles at Cameron, Amazon, and Kimray, she has consistently delivered in fast-paced, high-growth environments by aligning people, process, and strategy with a systems-level mindset.
Erin holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management. She combines deep operational expertise with a people-centered leadership philosophy, offering personal coaching, developing leaders, strengthening cultures, and building sustainable systems designed to outlast any single leader.
Beyond the corporate arena, Erin is a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. She and her husband co-own a board game lounge in Edmond, Oklahoma — a reflection of her belief that strategy, connection, and community matter just as much outside the boardroom as inside it. As a women trailblazer, Erin is passionate about helping others step confidently into spaces where they may be the first — and proving they won’t be the last, all while providing wellness guidance to those around her.
